  - Southern Foods required standards are that the facilities should be clean at all times and ready to showcase to public at any time, without notice.
  - Daily- floors cleaned & scrubbed
  - Dock levelers- monthly – cleaned
  - Receive docks- monthly- completely cleaned
  - Warehouse areas – dusted monthly
  - Trucks- outside cleaning bi-weekly
  - Truck cabs- inside cleaning monthly
  - Trailer beds- weekly cleaning minimum
  - Trash receptacles- daily wash
  - Cooler floors- scrubbed under specific areas monthly
    (I.E. meat room, drains)
