Through Marketing, Southern Foods offers many tools to assist our customers in their success. I assist customers in designing their menu to make sure that they are up to date on pricing and that their menu is appealing to their customer base. Tracking vendor coupons for customers so that they don’t miss out on any funds vendors are offering is a wonderful service that we offer, free of charge! From scheduling vendors to ride with DSR’s, putting together successful “don’t want to miss” food shows and planning company events, I am able to work with the vendors on getting deals and also able to work with customers on making sure they take advantage of all of the “Extras” out there that they may not be aware of. We have many tools to help customers succeed and I’m glad to be a part of that. Online Order Entry gives our customers control of not only placing their orders but also many reports. Customers can place their orders using live inventory; they can use par levels to easily take inventory and place orders based on what they currently have in stock. They can print order guides, run usage reports, and also view A/R information. |
